Overview

Cancellation by You: Should you need to cancel your travel plans, we understand that life happens. We offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate your needs:

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a small administrative fee.
  • 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total cost.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: We regret that no refunds can be made as we will have made arrangements that may include non-recoverable costs.

Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to insufficient participants, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund. We may also offer alternative tour dates or similar experiences, subject to availability.

Alterations to Bookings: If you wish to alter your travel arrangements in any way (e.g., change of date, destination, or type of tour), we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability. Any additional cost or refund will be calculated based on the new arrangements.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, which should cover cancellation fees, medical expenses, and loss of luggage, to ensure full peace of mind.

Non-Refundable Services: Please note that certain services, such as airline tickets, special permits, or specific accommodations, may be non-refundable as per the terms of our service providers.
